Jason helped us find the best spot on our property for our Starlink. We have several tall trees to the north and we were struggling with the install. He was on time, easy to work with and made our experience with Starlink a success!! Jason and his team are INCREDIBLE. After, literally, years of trying to find a way to get stable, fast internet at our cabin in rural central Oregon (surrounded by massive pine trees, mind you) Jason and his team, within two visits, were able to set us up with a Starlink and wireless bridge system to a nearby field that has done the job perfectly.

Beyond this, any time we have had an issue, Jason and his team have been ready and on-call to address the issue. Starlink may not have customer service, but there is no need for it when you work with Jason and his team. We cannot say enough good things: If you’re looking for great internet service (or other IT system support) particularly in an out-of-the-way place, look no farther.
